Manufacturing Setup

The company is functioning through a current unit in the industrial hub of Gurgaon (40,000 Sq Ft. covered area) having an aggregate production capacity of 1,00,000 to 1,20,000 pcs per month in both the Unit (Unit-I and Unit II).

The Units are run in a very professional manner and has state of the art machinery from the best machinery manufacturers in the garment industry.

The company employs around 600 people (directly & indirectly) and it is due to the utmost dedication and pride with which they perform their tasks, that the company is able to achieve its targets. The company adheres to labour laws and other co-related regulations & maintains a hygienic work environment.

Quality Assurance

The Company’s ‘never compromise on quality’ policy has made them company customers can trust.

Both fabrics and garments are subject to intensive and careful inspection at every stage of production and fabrics are tested in the company’s own laboratory for counts and construction, shrinkage, PH testing, color fastness to wash, and color matching.

In short, no effort is spared in providing products of high quality for its valuable clients, thus ensuring their satisfaction with HJ Fashions.

Facilities

At present we have two state-of-the-art apparel manufacturing factories in Gurgaon, India.

Each factory is equipped with the latest technology & machinery, and managed and by highly skilled employees. Our current industrial set-up having an aggregate production capacity of 50,000 to 60,000 pcs per month of each unit.

Under the guidance of the management, there is a continuous effort to upgrade to the latest technology at our manufacturing facilities.

  • The Entrance, Exit and Emergency Exit areas are easily identified by signboards.

  • Their belongings securely stored in their private lockers.
  • Safe bacteria free cool drinking water provided for the employees at any time and each floor having clean well maintained toilet/washroom facilities.
  • Emergency Fire-Fighting equipment placed in easily accessible spots to prevent unforeseen hazards.

From the physical layout & design of our factory, to the Human Resource policies pursued and the Management Systems introduced, everything is made to be consistent with various local and international statutory requirements.

To that end, all products manufactured at our facilities comply with social, ethical and human & environment-friendly requirements, as is mandated by large importers and clients in Europe and America.
